  • 3 glasses water
  • one glass almond milk

wellbeing

  • listened to lovely french music while cooking and cleaning
  • used a green clay mask (only green clay and water, natural and nice) followed by coconut oil moisturizer (just coconut oil)
  • watched feel good movie
